Today was my first attempt at a social outing since contracting the plague.
All in all, not a bad experience.
The company was lovely, the weather was sunny and brisk, and the food was wonderful.
(The tummy - trying real hard to cooperate.)
My Legacy ladies club went to Lynchburg, TN today to have lunch at the legendary
Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House.
If you have never been, you must go if you love very tasty home cookin'.
(BTW, home cookin' spelled with the apostrophe instead of the "g" is correct spelling in this case.)
What's not to love about this outing: we were a bunch of women enjoying each other's company and enjoying a delightful lunch that we didn't have to prepare or clean up after.
